Times:10:00 am - 11:00 am

Sometimes it’s really hard to keep our hearts open, especially in the midst of a pandemic, when we’re holding space for other people, while experiencing the same trauma ourselves.  It’s easy to get overwhelmed and lose our center.  We’re doing our best to carry on and attend to our clients, but the truth is, we are struggling inside, burning out, and having trouble holding on to hope.

Join us for a free online webinar – co-sponsored by BraveHeart Retreats and Action Institute of California – where we’ll explore the challenges of working as a helping professional in the midst of adversity, and provide tools and techniques to help you practice self-care, avoid burnout, and keep your heart open to your clients.
