Our 3-day Advanced Sociometry workshop is designed for those who have extensive experience facilitating sociometry, and who are looking to deepen their skills. Participants will learn specific techniques to help shift the sociometry of a group, couple, family, or organization, through interventions and techniques designed to help address issues such as: conflict in group, isolates, cleavages and cliques, transferences, role fatigue and the sociodynamic effect.
Together we will c0-create a safe and supportive environment for experimentation and risk-taking and participants will leave this training with a stronger set of skills to address even the most challenging sociometric dynamics.
Please note that you must be able to provide verification of full vaccination (at least 2 weeks post your last shot) in order to attend any of our in person workshops or trainings.
