Our inner parts are often created to protect and sustain us from trauma, and while they have served us well, they can sometimes get in the way of us moving forward. Through parts work in action, clients can explore their relationship with their inner parts – those that save them; those that serve them and those that can obstruct their growth.
What differentiates experiential therapy-based parts work is that rather than just talking about our parts, we can talk as our parts or with our parts. By stepping into each one through action, we can organically explore each part’s purpose, their relationship with us, and better understand their relationship with one another.
Join us for this one day in person workshop – for Helping Professionals only – to learn how to use the action methods of interviewing, sculpting, doubling, role reversal and the social atom to gain greater clarity on your client’s inner parts structure, and help them to rearrange it to allow them to move forward on their healing journey.

Covid Policies
Due to the on-going Covid-19 crisis, until further notice all in person workshops with BraveHeart Retreats are open to vaccinated individuals only. Proof of vaccination is required before group begins. Participants are asked to arrive 30 minutes early each day as we will be conducting rapid antigen testing. If anyone either tests positive for Covid-19 or has illness symptoms, we ask that you not return for the remainder of the workshop and a credit will be given towards a future workshop for time missed. Specifics on testing and any potential related cost will be communicated a week or two prior to the workshop as it is based upon availability. Mask requirements will be dependent on local ordinance and communicated prior to group.
Substance Use Policy
If you are in recovery, you must have at least 1 year of continuous time. In addition, because personal work is frequently addressed in our trainings, it is required that all participants abstain from alcohol and non prescribed substances for the duration of this training as well as the 24 hours prior to workshop commencement. This will aid in being present for the personal work and learning.
