Transitioning to telehealth has been challenging, and yet it is possible to facilitate meaningful online psychodrama sessions.
Join us in this safe and supportive environment as we co-create a full psychodrama – warm up, action and sharing – so that each participant can experience this transformational method online.
After a break, Jean will process the nuts and bolts of directing the morning psychodrama, and provide teaching on how to facilitate effective sociometry and psychodrama online.
Topics to be covered:
Effective group warm ups when working online
Choosing a protagonist in an online session
Virtual walk and talk
Scene setting virtually
Bringing on auxiliaries virtually
Facilitating catharsis virtually
Role training the protagonist towards new behaviors
Ending the drama
Sharing and de-roling online
Effective group closure in Zoom sessions
