The psychodrama production techniques of doubling, role reversal, aside, soliloquy and mirror all have different functions in the course of the psychodrama, but all serve the purpose of helping the psychodrama unfold and evolve. Zerka Moreno said, “Role reversal is the engine that drives the psychodrama.”
In this fifth virtual training in the Psychodrama Nuts and Bolts Series, we will develop a greater understanding of when and why to use each production technique, to move the drama along, best utilize auxiliaries, and move the forward to meet the protagonist’s contract.
