We could all use some hope right now. The Grand Conjunction – occurring on the Winter Solstice on December 21st – opens the door to major shifts in ourselves and our collective, including opportunities for greater creativity and connection. Moreover, the Solstice and the Conjunction both usher in increasing light and new opportunities, so it is an ideal time to examine what areas of our lives we find fulfilling, and where we might need to shift so we can step into our Best Possible Selves moving forward.
In this didactic and experiential workshop – co-sponsored by BraveHeart Retreats and Action Institute of California – participants will learn specific writing and action-based tools that can help them – and their clients – step into new beliefs, roles and behaviors, and build resilience to help start the New Year with re-instilled hope.
